About Wayne Simmons

Wayne F. Simmons Jr. is the founding member and managing partner of Simmons Law Group, PLLC. Wayne has a breadth of experience with over 25 years spent representing individuals and businesses of all sizes. While well-versed in many areas of law, his practice is focused on the organization, representation, development, and sale of businesses. 


Wayne is committed to finding practical and cost-effective solutions to complex legal matters. Prior to going out on his own, Wayne served as staff counsel for Morris, Rossi & Hayes in Andover Massachusetts. At MRH, Wayne represented hundreds of individuals and businesses in both the public and private sectors. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.


Wayne was born and raised in Brockton Massachusetts, where he graduated from Brockton High School in 1987. He went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1996. 


In 2001, Wayne moved to Atkinson, NH where he currently lives with his wife and three children.


Wayne is a former Board Member and Board President of Waystone Health and Human Services (formerly Fidelity House, Inc.) and long-time member of the Lawrence Rotary Club.
